11 Underground water sub-areas
(1)
Certain parts of the underground water management area are divided into underground water sub-areas.
(2)
A part of the underground water management area shown on the map in schedule 5 as an underground water sub-area is an underground water sub-area.
(3)
A reference in this plan to an underground water sub-area by name is a reference to the underground water sub-area given that name in schedule 5.
