5 Water to which plan applies—Act, s 43
For section 43(1)(a) of the Act, this plan applies to the following water in the plan area—
(a)
surface water;
(b)
underground water to which the Water Plan (Great Artesian Basin and Other Regional Aquifers) 2017 does not apply.
