100 Storing water taken under a water allocation
(1)
This section applies if the chief executive decides to impose a condition on a water allocation that states works that may be used to store the water taken under the allocation.
(2)
In deciding to impose the condition, the chief executive must consider the capacity of any existing overland flow works being used to store the water.
