99 Monthly volumetric limit for a water allocation
(1)
A water allocation converted from an authorisation that states an area that may be irrigated may also state a monthly volumetric limit.
(2)
The monthly volumetric limit for the water allocation is the volume decided by the chief executive having regard to the volume of water required for the allocation’s intended purpose, but not more than the volume, expressed in megalitres, calculated by multiplying the area, in hectares, by 2.
