98 Conditions for water allocations
(1)
The chief executive may impose on a water allocation to take unsupplemented water any condition the chief executive is satisfied is necessary to ensure the outcomes of this plan are achieved.
(2)
In deciding the flow conditions under which water may be taken under the allocation, the chief executive must have regard to the conditions stated on the authorisation from which the allocation was converted.
