97 Annual volumetric limit for a water allocation
The annual volumetric limit for a water allocation to take unsupplemented water is—
for an authorisation converted to a water allocation belonging to water allocation group Class 0A—the stated volume; or
for an authorisation converted to a water allocation belonging to water allocation group Class 9A, Class 9B, Class 10A, Class 10B, Class 11A, Class 11B, Class 12A or Class 13A—the volume, expressed in megalitres, calculated by multiplying the daily volumetric limit under section 96, by the number of days stated in schedule 11, column 4 for the water allocation group; or
for an authorisation converted to a water allocation belonging to water allocation group Class 8A, Class 10C or Class 13C—
for an authorisation that states the area that may be irrigated—the volume, expressed in megalitres, calculated by multiplying the area, in hectares, by 6; or
for another authorisation—the volume, expressed in megalitres, calculated by multiplying the daily volumetric limit under section 96, by the number of days stated in schedule 11, column 4 for the water allocation group.
