Action chief executive may take

In force

(1)

The chief executive may—

(a)

if the chief executive appointed the person as a duly qualified person under section 121A—cancel the appointment; or

(b)

otherwise—give the relevant professional body a notice about the chief executive’s knowledge or belief of the matter mentioned in section 121D(a), (b), (c) or (d).

(2)

In this section—

relevant professional body, for a person who is a duly qualified person, means the entity who issued the certificate mentioned in section 104(2)(a), (b) or (c) to the person.
