37 Prohibitions affecting minors
(1)
A minor must not, on licensed premises or at a permit place—
(a)
drink wine; or
(b)
be in possession of wine.
Maximum penalty—25 penalty units.
(2)
Subsection (1)(b) does not apply to a minor who is in possession of wine—
(a)
while performing duties as an employee of the licensee of the licensed premises; or
(b)
while receiving training for employment or work experience.
