41 Finding out age
(1)
An authorised person may require someone else whom the authorised person suspects on reasonable grounds to be a minor and to be contravening a provision of this Act—
(a)
to state all relevant particulars about the person’s age; and
(b)
to produce evidence of the person’s age.

(2)
In this section—
authorised person includes—
(a)
a licensee; and
(b)
an employee or agent of a licensee; and
(c)
an investigator.
