46 Production of licence or permit
(1)
An investigator may ask the person who appears to be in control of licensed premises or a permit place to produce the licence or permit for inspection.
(2)
The person must produce the licence or permit immediately for inspection by the investigator, unless the person has a reasonable excuse for not producing it.Maximum penalty—25 penalty units.
(3)
A person does not commit an offence against subsection (2) if at the time the investigator asked the person to produce the licence or permit under subsection (1), the person was not, in fact, in control of the licensed premises or permit place.
