14 Executive officers of a corporation carrying on a regulated business
(1)
This section applies in relation to a corporation that carries on, or proposes to carry on, a regulated business.
(2)
For this Act, a person is taken to be carrying on, or proposing to carry on, the regulated business by being, or proposing to be, an executive officer of the corporation.
(3)
Subsection (2) applies only if the person’s principal place of residence is in Australia.
