18A Meaning of working with children clearance
A working with children clearance is an authority—
(a)
issued by the chief executive to a person who made a working with children check (general) application; and
(b)
that indicates—
(i)
screening of the person has been undertaken under this Act; and
(ii)
the person is authorised to engage in regulated employment or carry on a regulated business.
