17 Who is a disqualified person
A person is a disqualified person if the person—
(a)
has been or is convicted of a disqualifying offence; or
(b)
is subject to—
(i)
offender reporting obligations; or
(ii)
an offender prohibition order; or
(iii)
a disqualification order; or
(iv)
a sexual offender order; or
(c)
is the respondent to an application for an offender prohibition order under the Offender Reporting Act.
