30ZY Offence to fail to carry and produce identification certificate
(1)
An employee of a licensed grower or a licensed processor who has been issued with an employee identification certificate must carry the certificate with him or her during the performance of any activity authorised under the relevant licence. Maximum penalty: Maximum penalty: $10 000.
(2)
An employee of a licensed grower or a licensed processor must produce his or her employee identification certificate on the request of an inspector. Maximum penalty: Maximum penalty: $10 000.
