30ZZ Offence to employ disqualified persons under licence
(1)
A licensed grower must not employ a disqualified person in the business conducted under the poppy cultivation licence. Maximum penalty: Maximum penalty: $10 000.
(2)
A licensed processor must not employ a disqualified person in the business conducted under the poppy processing licence. Maximum penalty: Maximum penalty: $10 000.
