Offence to hinder or obstruct inspector

A person must not, without reasonable excuse, hinder or obstruct an inspector in the exercise of a power under this Part. Maximum penalty: Maximum penalty: $15 000.

A person must not, without reasonable excuse, fail to comply with any direction, requirement or order of an inspector under this

Part. Maximum penalty: Maximum penalty: $15 000.
