Prescribed accreditation bodies

Current

For the purposes of section 21A(7) of the Act, the following persons or bodies are prescribed accreditation bodies:

(a)

Assistance Dogs Australia;

(b)

Righteous Pups Australia Inc;

(c)

Vision Australia;

(d)

Guide Dogs WA;

(e)

Guide Dogs Queensland;

(f)

Guide Dogs NSW/ACT;

(g)

Guide Dogs Victoria;

(h)

Guide Dogs Tasmania;

(i)

any other person or body prescribed by the Board for the purposes of this regulation.
