8 Notifications to Registrar
For the purposes of section 37(2)(c) of the Act, the following circumstances are specified:
(a)
the number of dogs kept on a property at which the registered business is carried on exceeds the maximum number of such dogs specified in the application for registration of the business under section 35 of the
Act;
(b)
a dog trained or bred at the relevant kennel, or used in connection with the relevant business, is involved in an attack on a person or animal.
