Judicial Conduct Commissioner Act 2015

No liability attaches to the Commissioner, any member of the

Commissioner's staff, the members of a judicial conduct panel or counsel appointed to assist an inquiry for any act or omission in good faith in the exercise or purported exercise of powers or functions under this or any other

Act.

In this section—

member of the Commissioner's staff includes any person exercising, or purportedly exercising, powers or functions under this

Act in accordance with an arrangement established under section 10 and any person to whom powers or functions have been delegated under section 11.
