27 Commissioner's annual report
The Commissioner must, before 30 September in each year, prepare a report on the operation of this Act.
The report must—
relate to the financial year preceding the making of the report;
and
describe—
the number and general nature of complaints received by the
Commissioner; and
the number and general nature of any complaints dismissed under this Act; and
the number and general nature of any complaints referred to a jurisdictional head under section 18; and
the number and general nature of any complaints that resulted in a report to Parliament under section 19; and
the number and general nature of any complaints that resulted in a recommendation under section 20; and
deal with any other matters prescribed by the regulations.
A copy of the report must be delivered to the President of the
Legislative Council and the Speaker of the House of
Assembly.
The President of the Legislative Council and the Speaker of the
House of Assembly must, on the first sitting day after receiving a report, lay it before their respective Houses.
