34 Restriction on making further applications
(1)
If the Society determines under this Part to cancel a person's registration, the Society may also determine that the person is not entitled to apply for registration under this Schedule for a specified period (being a period not exceeding 5 years).
(2)
A person in respect of whom a determination has been made under this clause, or under a provision of a corresponding law that corresponds to this clause, is not entitled to apply for registration under this Schedule during the period specified in the determination.
