Relationship of this Part with Part 6 and Schedule 4

In force

(1)

The Commissioner has and may exercise powers under

Part 6 of this Act, and

Schedule 4, in relation to a matter under this Part, as if the matter were the subject of a complaint under

Part 6 of this Act.

(2)

Accordingly, the provisions of

Part 6Division 2 of this Act, and

Schedule 4, apply in relation to a matter under this Part, and so apply with any necessary modifications.

(3)

Nothing in this Part prevents a complaint from being made under

Part 6Division 2 of this Act, or an investigation from being initiated under

Schedule 4, about a matter to which this Part relates.
