37 Proclamation of open space
A proclamation made under section 62 of the Planning
Act 1982 (or made under section 61 of the Planning and Development Act 1966 or section 29 of the Town
Planning Act 1929) will continue in force and effect as if the Planning
Act 1982 had not been repealed (and that Act will be taken to continue to apply in relation to any such proclamation).
