41 General saving provision
Subject to the specific provisions of this Schedule (and to any regulations made under this Schedule), the repeal of a provision of the repealed
Act (or the repeal of a provision of an earlier Act) does not affect any rights that accrued under the provision so repealed, the validity of any decision or authorisation made or granted under the provision so repealed, or any notice or order given or made under the provision so repealed.
