42 General provisions apply
The
Acts
Interpretation Act 1915 will, except to the extent of any inconsistency with the provisions of this Schedule (or any other provision of this Act or regulations made under this Act), apply to the repeal of any provision of the repealed Act (or to the repeal of any provision of an earlier Act).
