38 Metropolitan Adelaide
On and after the designated day, a reference in any Act or statutory instrument to Metropolitan Adelaide within the meaning of the
Development
Act 1993 will, unless the context otherwise requires, be taken to be a reference to Metropolitan Adelaide as defined by that Act immediately before the designated day.
