18 Authority conferred by accreditation
Accreditation authorises the person named in the accreditation to do either or both of the following:
(a)
to issue assurance certificates in relation to the movement of a plant or plant related product within the State, into or out of the State, or for another purpose;
(b)
to verify assurance certificates or other documents, or the packaging or labelling of plants and plant related products, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the accreditation.
