23 Surrender of accreditation
(1)
An accredited person may surrender the person's accreditation to the Minister.
(2)
At the time accreditation to issue assurance certificates is surrendered, the person must also surrender any unissued assurance certificates to the Minister. Maximum penalty: Maximum penalty: $1 250. Expiation fee: $160.
