22 Variation of accreditation
(1)
The Minister may vary the terms or conditions of a person's accreditation by written notice to the person as the Minister considers appropriate.
(2)
The Minister's power under this section may be exercised on the
Minister's own initiative or on the application of the accredited person and payment of the prescribed fee.
