37 Public Trustee may apply to Court for directions
(1)
The Public Trustee may, as manager of property under this Part, apply without notice to any person to the Court for directions concerning the property, or in respect of the management or administration of the property, or in respect of the exercise of a power or discretion as manager.
(2)
The Court may order any such application to be served on such persons as it thinks fit.
