40 Property managed by Public Trustee to be held for owner
If the Public Trustee, as manager under this Part, takes possession of property or receives or recovers money, damages or mesne profits in respect of any property, the property, money, damages or mesne profits must, after payment of all money authorised to be applied, expended or charged by the
Public Trustee, be held by the Public Trustee for the owner of the property.
