6 Committee to make recommendation on certain applications
An application for appointment at a classification level of
Educational Manager must be considered by a committee established under this regulation.
The committee must make a recommendation to the Chief Executive on the application.
The committee for the purposes of this regulation will consist of—
at least 1 representative of TAFE SA appointed by the Chief
Executive; and
at least 1 representative of the Union, appointed by the Chief
Executive from a panel supplied at the Chief Executive's request by the managing committee of the Union.
The panel from which the representatives of the Union are chosen must be reviewed by the managing committee of the Union at least every
3 years.
