104 Taking away, &c., adopted child by natural parent
A person who is the father, the mother, a parent or a guardian of a child but is not, by reason of an adoption of the child, to be treated in law as the father, mother or parent or guardian of the child who takes, leads, entices, or decoys the child away or detains the child, with intent to deprive an adoptive parent of the child, is guilty of an offence.
