93 Hearings to be in camera
An application under this Act shall not be heard in open court and persons who are not parties to the proceedings or their legal representatives shall, except as otherwise directed by the court, be excluded during the hearing of such an application.
A court may, at the hearing of an application under this Act – order a child to leave the room or other place in which the court is hearing the application at any time during the hearing if it is of opinion that such a direction should be given in the interests of the child; and order a person to leave the room or other such place during the examination of a witness.
