94 Secretary, principal officer, &c., may appear at hearings
On the hearing of an application for an adoption order –
where the application is made by the Secretary, the Secretary or a person appointed by him for the purpose; or where the application is made by the principal officer of an approved agency, the principal officer or a person appointed by him for the purpose –
may appear at the hearing, address the court, and call, examine, and cross-examine witnesses.
