95 Judicial notice of signatures, &c.

In proceedings under this Act, all courts and persons acting judicially must take judicial notice of the signature of a person who – holds or has held the office of Secretary; or is acting or has acted in the office of Secretary; or has held the office of Director for Community Welfare; or has acted in the office of Director for Community Welfare; or holds or has held an office in another State or a Territory that corresponds to the office of Secretary under this Act; or is acting or has acted in such a corresponding office in another State or a Territory; or is a delegate of a person referred to in paragraph (a), (b), (c), (d), (e) or (f).

In any proceedings under this Act, proof is not required of the appointment of a person to, or to act in, the office of Secretary, the office of Director for Community Welfare or an office in another State or a Territory corresponding to the office of Secretary under this Act unless evidence is given to the contrary.
