35 Adoption orders, certificates of adoption and interim orders
An adoption order is to be in accordance with Form 11.
A certificate of adoption is to be in accordance with Form 12.
For the purposes of section 56 of the Act, an interim order is to be in accordance with Form 13.
If an adoption order is not made, the court must include in the envelope referred to in regulation 36 a statement of the court's reasons for refusing to make the order.
