36 Supplementary procedures
On completion of the hearing of an application for an adoption order, the court must – seal in an envelope the application, report and other documents that contain any information as to the identity of the child and the natural parents or guardians of the child; and cause that envelope to be delivered to the Secretary.
The Secretary is to ensure the safe-keeping of an envelope delivered to him or her under subregulation (1).
