37 Memorandums of adoption orders, &c.
For the purpose of section 62 of the Act, a memorandum relating to the making of an adoption order or an order for the discharge of an adoption order is to be in accordance with Form 14.
For the purposes of section 66 of the Act, a memorandum by the Registrar relating to an adoption order or an order for the discharge of an adoption order is to be in accordance with Form 15.
