Powers of Commissioner

In force

The Commissioner may do all things necessary and convenient to be done for or in connection with, or incidental to, the performance of his or her functions under this Act or any other Act.

The generality of subsection (1) is not to be taken to be limited by any other provision of this Act conferring a power on the Commissioner.
