158 Secretary to, and staff of, Commissioner
The Commissioner may, with the approval of the Head of a State Service Agency, appoint a State Service officer or State Service employee employed in that Agency to be the Secretary to the Commissioner and that officer or employee may hold that office in conjunction with State Service employment.
The Commissioner may make arrangements with the Head of a State Service Agency for the State Service officers and State Service employees employed in that Agency that may be necessary to be made available to the Commissioner to enable the Commissioner to perform his or her functions under this Act.
Officers and employees made available to the Commissioner under subsection (2) may, in conjunction with State Service employment, serve the Commissioner in any capacity.
