Asbestos-Related Diseases (Occupational Exposure) Compensation Act 2011

The Commissioner must, not later than 31 October after the end of each financial year, submit to the Minister, in relation to that financial year, a report of the Commissioner's operations.

The Minister must cause a copy of the report referred to in subsection (1) to be laid on the table of each House of Parliament within the first 15 sitting-days of the House after the report is received by the Minister.
