186 Role of WorkCover Board
In this section – Board means the WorkCover Board established under the Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988.
The Board is to – monitor and report to the Minister on the operation and effectiveness of this Act and of the performance of the systems to which this Act relates; and collect and publish statistics on any matter it considers necessary or relevant to the administration of this Act.
The Board is to advise the Minister on any matter relating to this Act that the Minister refers to the Board.
