73 Orders and documents signed on behalf of Board
A member of the Board or the secretary of the Board may, on behalf of the Board, sign and issue all orders and documents relating to a matter determined by the Board.
An order or document signed by a member of the Board or the secretary of the Board has effect as if it were signed by all members of the Board.
