74 Reports on prisoners eligible for parole
The Director may cause reports to be prepared on all prisoners eligible for parole.
The Board may request any person to provide and furnish it with a report.
Subject to subsection (5), a prisoner in respect of whom a report has been provided to the Board is entitled, on request, to see a copy of the report.
A person who prepared the report may request the Board to withhold a report or part of the report from the prisoner.
The Board may, after considering the request of a person who prepared a report or of its own motion, withhold the report or part of the report from the prisoner.
