112 Amendment of constitution of school association
The members of a school association may develop a proposed amendment of its constitution and submit it to the Minister for approval.
On receipt of a proposed amendment of the constitution of a school association, the Minister – is to approve it if satisfied that the constitution, as so amended, would continue to comply with the regulations; or refuse to so approve it if not so satisfied.
An amendment of the constitution of a school association takes effect one calendar month after its approval by the Minister, or on another day determined by the Minister, and is taken to be incorporated with the constitution, as amended by the amendment.
