123 Immunity from liability of school association member
A member of a school association does not incur any personal liability in respect of any act done or omitted in good faith in the performance or exercise, or the purported performance or exercise, of any function or power of the school association.
A civil liability that would, but for subsection (1), attach to a member of a school association attaches instead to the Crown.
