61 Analysts
The Secretary, by instrument in writing, may authorise appropriately qualified persons to perform analyses for the purposes of this Act.
A person so authorised may be, but is not required to be – a person in State Service employment; or a person appointed or employed by the Commonwealth.
If a State Service officer or State Service employee is so authorised, he or she may perform analyses for the purposes of this Act in conjunction with State Service employment.
