26 Easements over Crown land in permanent timber production zone land
The Forest Manager may, on behalf of the Crown, grant easements over Crown land in permanent timber production zone land for such purposes and upon such terms and conditions as the Forest Manager determines.
An easement granted under subsection (1) is registrable under the Land Titles Act 1980.
