34 Superannuation entitlements not affected
Nothing in this Act affects the superannuation entitlements of a person referred to in section 33(2) that were in existence immediately before the date on which that person resigned from his or her employment with the Forestry corporation.
Subsection (1) does not apply if the period from the date of the person's resignation from the Forestry corporation to the date of commencement of the person's appointment under the State Service Act 2000 exceeds 3 months.
